Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main

This is also the most sought-after entrance exam after the 12th PCM. It is held for admission to BE and BTech and BArch and B.Planning programs in various Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) and National Institute of Technology (NITs).
Common University Entrance Test (CUET)

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Undergraduate Entrance Test (COMED-K UGET)
This is a state-based exam that is conducted by the COMED-K. It offered several engineering programs. At present, about 190 engineering colleges are affiliated with the test for admissions. This exam is also a computer based one.
