To help you make sense of everything, here’s a look at the answers to some burning questions students have about the upcoming JEE-Main exams.

Q: How many sessions of the JEE-Main will be conducted in 2021?

A: There will be four sessions of the JEE-Main conducted in 2021. There will be one session every month from February to May.

Q: How will these four sessions help me?

A: Since the exam is being held in four separate sessions, students can now choose the dates that best suit them. Candidates can also choose to appear for two or more sessions. By doing this, they will get the first-hand experience of the test and have a chance to improve their score later on. When the merit list is created, the student’s best score across all the sessions will be taken into account.

Q: When can I apply for the JEE-Main for 2021?

Apply for JEE A: The application window for the upcoming JEE-Main opened on Wednesday, 16th December 2020. Aspiring students can apply any time until Sunday, 16th January 2021. Q: Can I apply for multiple sessions at the same time?

A: Yes, candidates can opt to register for a single session or multiple sessions together. Students can pay the fees depending on the number of sessions selected.

Q: If I wish to withdraw from any session after paying the fee, will I be able to get a refund?

A: Students are free to withdraw from a session after registering and paying the fee. The NTA will refund the money after the candidate makes the request. It’s important to remember that applicants can only request for a refund during the application process for the session from which they are withdrawing. Individuals can also carry forward their fee from one session to the next, as long as they request for it when withdrawing from a session.

Q: Do I have to fill up separate application forms for each session?

A: No. There is just one application form that candidates need to fill. The same form can be used for all four sessions. If a student applies for another session, later on, they can use the same application form again.
